(2DotsPlus/4 DotsPlus if you use milk)

 

Start with Vanilla Smoothie, add ½1 teaspoon (or to taste) of Chai Mix shown below. Blend with 1 cup each water and ice. (Use fat free milk in place of water and get both your milks for the day!) 
Chai Tea Mix
1/4 cup unsweetened instant tea (dry)
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
