Apple Strudel

8 servings @ 4 POINTS  each

 

 

1 1/2 cups peeled apple slices
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 packets McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp McNeil Nutritionals Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 serving(s) Puff Pastry-1 sheet
1 large egg


Unroll frozen puff pastry. Roll to 1/8 inch thickness, making a nice rectangle. Turn over. Mix egg with small amount water and brush over the pastry, Mix rest of ingredients together and place on bottom third of pastry. Roll 2x sealing edges and put on sprayed cookie or use silicone mat or parchment paper. Brush well with rest of egg wash. Cut slits across top every inch or so. Bake at 375 degrees 40-45 minutes.
