Beef Stroganoff
        16 oz beef round steak or roast  
     2 serving Healthy Request 98% FF Cream Mushroom Soup, (2 cans)
16 oz fat-free sour cream 
3 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
 
Cut beef into bite sized pieces and browned. Add to slow cooker with soup and sour cream. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over pasta.
1 serving= 1/2 cup pasta and 3/4 cup stroganoff.
