Beer Bread

12 Slices @ 3 DotPlus each

      3 cups self-rising flour
12 oz light beer
1/2 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
1 tbsp light butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Butter a loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl mix flour, sugar and beer and mix well. The mixture should be sticky. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes. At the last 3 minutes of baking remove from oven, brush the top of the loaf with butter and return to oven. 
 

You can change it up by adding cheese, or dry onion soup mix or dry Ranch Dressing.  Be creative!!!
