Black Bean Soup
8 servings (scant 1 cup each) @ 2 Points per serving.
 

1 small  onion, chopped and 1 clove garlic clove, sauteed together

3 cup fat-free chicken broth
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin Seed
1/2 tsp chili powder
4 1/2 cups (3 cans) black beans, rinsed and drained
 


    Add ingredients together and simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1Tbsp cilantro and 1 Tbsp lime juice. 
    Puree soup in blender. Serve with fat free sour cream and grated fat free cheese.
