Bloody Mary Chicken

6 servings @ 5 DotsPlus each

 

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chunked

4 cups frozen mixed vegetables (my favorite id the Mediterranean Blend)

2 cups Bloody Mary Mix (non-alcoholic)

 

Spray inside of Crock Pot with non-stick spray and place the chunked chicken breasts in the bottom.  Top with the vegetables and pour the Bloody Mary Mix over the top.  Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
