Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped small

cup fresh cauliflower florets, chopped small

Tbsp Hormel Real Bacon Bits

cup Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese

cup Fat Free Mayonnaise

Splenda
•1/4
cup (or less to taste) Apple Cider Vinegar
•In
a large bowl combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon bits, onion and cheese.
In a small bowl combine
Splenda,
Mayo and vinegar. Pour Mayo mixture over the vegetables and mix well to
combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour. Stir gently before
serving.
