Cheesy Hash Brown Crock Pot Casserole

 

2 pound package frozen hash browns*                             

2 cups cubed or shredded American Cheese                     

2 cups fat free sour cream                                                 

1-10 ¾ oz can Healthy Request cream of celery soup        

1-10 ¾ oz can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup     

8 oz Canadian style bacon, chopped                                  

1 medium onion, chopped

¼ tsp pepper

 

1       Place potatoes in slow cooker.  Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.  Mix well.

 

2.     Cover.  Cook on Low 4-5 hours, or until potatoes are tender.

 

14 servings @ 3 Dots per serving

 

 

* The hash browns can be either shredded or cubed.
