Chocolate D’Eclairs
(because my granddaughter, Mackenzie, declares the are sooooo
good!)
24 servings @ 3 PPVs each (Recipe Builder)
72 regular saltine
crackers
Large box Sugar Free-Fat
Free Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 cups Skim Milk
8 oz. Fat Free Cool Whip
Jar of fat Free Hot Fudge
Sauce
Prepare pudding according to directions. Add
Cool Whip to pudding.
Layer 24 saltines in a 9”x13” PAN. Spread ˝
of the pudding mixture on top of the crackers. Layer another 24 crackers,
then spread the other ˝ of the pudding mixture on top.
Top with remaining 24 crackers. Finish by
spreading the jar of Hot Fudge Sauce over the top of the crackers.
Chill over night.
One serving is the size of one cracker. |
