COLA CHICKEN (BBQ) 

4 servings @ 8 PPV each (from Recipe Builder)

 

 

4 chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless

1 cup ketchup

1 - 12 oz. can diet cola

Onions, sliced - if desired.

 

Put chicken in non-stick skillet.

Pour ketchup and diet cola over the top.

Cover; reduce heat and cook 45 min.

Uncover.  Turn up heat and continue to cook until

sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken.

It turns into an incredible BBQ Sauce!
