Core Cornbread
Core or 6 servings @ 2 Dots each

 

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked yellow cornmeal

1/2 tsp table salt

1 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener

2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt

1/3 cup fat-free sour cream

1 large egg

Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Mix liquid ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Gently fold the wet into the dry. Pour into a round cake pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are a golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cut into 6 wedges.
