Cottage Cheese Toast

1 serving @ 2 PPVs with 7 grams protein!

 

1 slice light (45-50 calories) bread, lightly toasted

1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese (drained of fluid)

1/2 tsp sweetner

dash cinnamon or to taste

Spread cottage cheese over toast.  Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.  Place under broiler for a few minutes or until bubbly.  Serve immediately.  DELISH!
