Creamy Coleslaw
8 cups @ 1 PPV
per cup! WOW !
1/3 cup Splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Fat Free milk
1/4 cup low fat buttermilk
2 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
8 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
In a salad bowl combine sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise,
milk, buttermilk, lemon juice and vinegar.
Beat until senseless...really...that’s what it says! Add
cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
NOTE:Wonderful on sandwiches!!!
