CRUST-LESS PUMPKIN PIE

(8 Servings @ 1 Dot each)

 Ingredients:

1 can (15 oz.) solid pack pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 - 15 oz. can fat free evaporated milk
3/4 cup egg substitute OR 3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup Pourable Splenda
(extra cinnamon or nutmeg is optional)

 

Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Spray 9" pie pan with Pam and fill w/ingredients.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Lower temp to 325 and bake another 45 min. or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.  Before serving, top each slice with Fat-Free Cool Whip.
