Curried Fruit

2 Dots per ¼ cup serving

 

29 oz can Pears, in it’s own juice, drained

29 oz can Peaches, in it’s own juice, drained

20 oz can pineapple tidbits or chunks, in it’s own juice, drained

1 can cherries, drained

½ cup Sugar Free Fat Free Maple Syrup

1/3 cup Molly McButter

1 Tbsp Curry powder

2 tsp dry mustard

 

Mix all ingredients together in an oven-proof casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.  Bake uncovered for one hour at 325 degrees.

 

Note:  Delicious side dish for ham or turkey.
