Cucumber Soup 1 Dot per cup
2 pounds cucumbers, peeled and seeded
3 cups Fat Free Chicken Broth
3 cups Fat Free plain yogurt
3 tablespoons Fat Free zesty Italian Dressing
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
Chunk the peeled and seeded cucumbers and puree along with other ingredients
in a blender or food processor.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
