Garden Vegetable Pasta Salad

12 (3/4 cup) servings @ 5 PPV per serving

 

 

16 oz uncooked whole-wheat pasta   

      1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese   

      16 oz fat-free Italian salad dressing   

1/2 cup(s) shredded carrots   

1 cup(s) celery, chopped   

1/2 cup(s) cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced   

1/4 cup red onion, chopped   

2 large tomatoes, diced   

1/2  bell pepper, chopped   

 

Cook pasta according to package. Drain. Combine all ingredients - chill at least an hour.
