Jack GLOP

 

 

       1 pound 90% lean ground beef

       1 cup frozen corn

       2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes

       1 cup uncooked instant rice (brown or white)

       1/2 cup water or tomato juice

       1 can Southwest Style Pepper Jack Soup

Brown meat in skillet; rinse with hot water; return to skillet.  Add rest of ingredients and simmer until the rice is done.
