Squash Casserole
12 (half cup)
servings @ 5 DotsPlus each
4 cups chopped Zucchini
4 cups yellow squash,
chopped
1 onion, chopped
8 oz fresh mushrooms
8 oz tomato sauce
(roasted garlic)
14.5 can diced tomatoes
1 cup water
1 box Stove Top
Stuffing-Northern Style with wild rice
Spray a skillet with
non-stick spray. Saute the squash and onion until soft. Add the rest of the
ingredients and mix well. Pour into a large casserole, sprayed with
non-stick spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
