Jean’s Comfort Soup

8-10 ounces tortellini, cooked

2 cans fat free chicken broth

3 cups water

1 cup dry peppered gravy mix

1 12 ounce can 98% fat free chicken in water

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

 

Bring the chicken broth and 2 cups water to low boil.  Mix the gravy mix with the other cup water and blend well.  Add to the boiling broth and water.  Stir until thickened and smooth.  Turn the heat to low and add the rest of the ingredients.  Let warm all together for about 10 minutes.

 

** If you want a thinner soup add water until the consistency you desire.

 

8 cups @ 5 Dots per cup. 

 

(This is so rich a ½ cup is a good serving. And that’s only 2.5 Dots!)
