Lemon Cake

1 box Angel Food CAKE MIX (One Step) unprepared

 

1 can (22 oz) lemon pie filling

 

1/3 cup shredded coconut

 

  • Mix the dry cake mix and the lemon pie filling together.

  • Spread in ungreased 9"x13" baking

  • dish. Sprinkle coconut on top.

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

  • Serve with a dollop of  Fat Free Cool Whip.
