No Bake Strawberry Cake

•1 Angel Food cake, cut into small cubes

•2 package Jell-O Sugar free gelatin, strawberry

•2 cup water, boiling

•2 cups strawberries, sliced

•2 cup fat-free skim milk

•1 box fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix,

•8 oz Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping

•Arrange cake cubes in a single layer in a 13x9 dish. In a bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in strawberries. Pour over cake and gently press cake down.
Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon over gelatin layer. Spread whipped topping as last layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
