Noodle Kugel
This is a German dessert...not
overly sweet but delicious. You can add some cinnamon if you like or a can
of sugar free pie filling instead of the raisins. Be sure to recalculate
the Points.

1 cup Splenda
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
3/4 cup(s) fat-free egg substitute
1 egg
5 cups cooked egg noodles
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup golden seedless raisins

Watchers Maple brown sugar oatmeal
1 tbsp unsalted butter
In a large bowl beat together all ingredients except butter and oatmeal. Pour
into sprayed 8"x8" casserole. Set aside. Melt butter, add to oatmeal and mix to
coarse consistency. Spread evenly over the noodle mixture. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45-55 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
