Open Face Chicken Pot Pie

8 cups chicken and gravy mixture @ 6 DotsPlus per cup.

 

2- 13 oz cans Chicken in water, drained

1- 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

1 cup frozen green peas

4 cups peppered gravy (made with from dry mix with fat free chicken broth)

8 low fat biscuits, hot out of the oven

 

Prepare the gravy; add the water chestnuts, peas and chicken.  Heat to bubbly, turn heat down to simmer/warm.

 

Split 2 biscuits, place on plate and cover with 1 cup chicken and gravy mixture.

 

 

The points on the biscuits depends on what you use.
