1 (8.5 oz) can crushed pineapple in syrup
1 (6 oz) pkg Sugar Free Fat Free Orange gelatin
2 cups low fat buttermilk
1 8 oz carton Cool Whip
In large sauce pan bring pineapple and syrup to a boil. Remove from heat;
stir in gelatin and cool to room temperature. Stir in the buttermilk. Fold in
Cool Whip. Pour into an 8 cup mold or individual pudding cups. Chill 4 hours
or overnight.
1 Dot per one half cup.
