2-1 pound bags frozen Bean and Carrot Blend
1 pound bag frozen green peas
2 cups cooked pasta (bow ties or shells or small macaroni)
1 or 2 cans sliced water chestnuts-to your taste
2/3 cup Fat Free Italian Dressing
Steam the vegetables. Cut the beans into 1 inch pieces. Place all the
ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Place in refrigerator and let
marinate for a few hours if you can! Over night is even better.
1 Dot per cup
NOTE: When you get a serving of it you can add tuna, shrimp or crab.
Delicious! But add the points. A small can of baby shrimp is about 2 points
and a small can of crabmeat is about 2 points. But check the cans and be
sure.
