Peanut Butter Bliss Pie

8 oz Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
1 cup fat-free skim milk
1 small box fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
16 small reduced-fat cinnamon graham crackers, crushed
2 serving PB2, (4Tbsp PB2 with 2 Tbsp water)
4 Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Bliss Mini-Bars, finely chopped

Mix milk with pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip and PB2. Add chopped bars. Spread the crushed crackers evenly in bottom of 8" or 9" pie plate, sprayed lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the filling over the crushed crackers and chill 2-4 hours.
