Pumpkin Mousse Shells

2filled shells = 1 Dot

1 1/2 cups fat-free skim milk
1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 small box SF FF Butterscotch Pudding Mix
1 cup Cool Whip Free Whipped Toppin

30 Athens Mini Fillo shells

Mix everything together except the shells and 1/2 cup whipped topping.

Divide the pumpkin mixture in the fillo shells.

Top with remaining whipped topping.

 

 

Note: The pumpkin mixture is 7 Dots for the whole recipe.

 

 

***Can use 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice in place of the cinnamon, allspice and ginger.***
