Ranch Chicken Salad

4 servings (1/2 cup ea) @ 4 PPV per serving (from Recipe Builder)

Ingredients

1-13 oz can Chicken Breast in water, 98% FF

1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise

1 can chopped green chilies, 4 oz.

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 oz chopped green olives (8-10 olives)

2 Tbsp Dry Ranch Dressing mix

 

Instructions
Drain the chicken and break up with fork. Drain the chilies. Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve.
 

IDEA: Serve in crisp lettuce leaves as a wrap or stuff in a fresh tomato!
