 Rice Pilaf

4 serving @ 2 Points each

 

1 package Weight Watchers Wild Mushroom Brown & Wild Rice, prepared

  1/2 cup onion

1/2 cup canned water chestnuts, drained

1/2 cup shredded carrots

Spray a skillet and brown the onion and carrots. Add the water chestnuts and prepared rice and continue to brown until all is hot and golden. 

AWESOME!

 

Serve with Smothered Bacon Chicken
