Rosemary Pork
Chops

12 oz lean
boneless pork chop (4 pork chops)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can 98% FF Cream Mushroom Soup –undiluted
1 1/2 cups
water
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely minced
1 package Weight Watchers Wild Mushroom Brown & Wild Rice
Brown pork chops with onions. Place unprepared rice in bottom of baking dish.
Top with pork chops and onions. Mix soup with water and pour over all.
Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
