Ruben Chicken

Ingredients

2 cup sauerkraut

1 cup low-calorie Russian dressing  (or FF Thousand Island)

4 slice Borden Fat Free Singles Swiss Cheese, Fat Free

2 breast uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, (4 halves)

 

Instructions

 Spray non-stick cooking spray on glass baking dish

Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken breasts. Divide the sauerkraut among the chicken

breasts, spoon the Russian Dressing over all. Place 1-2 slices cheese on

breasts...chicken not yours! Cover with foil.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

(Check at 45 minutes for chicken "doneness"...)

Idea:  Serve on a piece of toasted rye bread...add 1 -2 Points depending on the bread you use.
