Smoothie Breakfast Cookies
2 cookies @ 4 PPVs each

 

1  Weight Watchers Smoothie Packet
1 container Weight Watchers  Oatmeal
1 Tbsp raisins or Craisins or chopped pecans or mini-chocolate chips
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce or canned pure pumpkin
 
Mix all ingredients together.  It will be stiff.  Divide in ½ and place on sprayed cookie sheet. 

Pat them down to large round cookie shapes. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until slightly browned. 

Try your favorite combinations.
