Recipe Bonanza!
Vanilla Smoothie Recipes
Use
a
Vanilla Smoothie packet to create any of the following yummy treats in
the blender.
Peach
(4 PPVs):
1
vanilla Smoothie packet,
1 cup fat-free milk and 1 cup frozen peaches
Pina
Colada (4 PPV):
1
vanilla Smoothie packet,
½ cup pineapple (fresh or in
own juice, drained), ¼ teaspoon
coconut extract, and 1 cup each water and ice.
Cherry Vanilla (4 PPVs):
1
vanilla Smoothie packet,
1 cup fat-free milk and
1 cup frozen sweet
cherries
Pumpkin Pie (2 PPV):
1
vanilla Smoothie packet, 1 cup each water and ice,
½ cup canned pumpkin
(not pumpkin pie filling), and ½ t pumpkin pie spice.
Apple Pie (4 PPVs):
1
vanilla Smoothie packet,
1 cup each fat-free milk,
unsweetened applesauce
and ice. Sprinkle cinnamon to taste and blend. (Makes a big smoothie
that can be shared.)
Root Beer Float (2 PPV): Mix
1 vanilla smoothie packet with 2 Tbsp.
Water. Blend with 1 can cold diet root beer and crushed ice.
Orange Julius (4 PPVs): 1 cup orange juice and ½ - 1 cup ice.
Chocolate Smoothie

Chocolate Smoothie packet to create any of the following yummy treats
in the blender.
Mocha (2 PPVs):
Chocolate
Smoothie packet, 1 cup each water and
ice, and ½ t instant coffee or espresso powder
Great Ape (4 PPVs):
Chocolate
Smoothie packet,
1 cup fat-free milk
and a
small banana (frozen is great)..
Chocolate Lover’s Heaven (2 PPVs):
Chocolate
Smoothie packet, Add
one diet cream soda or diet chocolate soda to a chocolate smoothie
packet. Blend with ice.
Grasshopper Shake (6 PPVs)
Chocolate
Smoothie packet,
1
cup fat-free milk, ice, and a Mint Cookie Crisp Mini-Bar (the more ice you add the
thicker it gets).
Chocolate-covered cherry (or strawberry
or raspberry) (4 PPVs):
Chocolate
Smoothie packet,
1 cup fat-free milk,
1 cup frozen dark
cherries (or other berries) and ice.
Chocolate peanut butter (5 PPVs):
Chocolate
Smoothie packet,
1 cup
fat-free milk, 1 cup ice, and 2 T PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
Chunky Monkey Shake (5 PPVs) ):
Chocolate
Smoothie packet,
1 cup
fat-free milk,
small frozen banana, and 2 T PB2 (powdered peanut
butter). Add ice to make it thicker.
