Baked Apples with Vanilla Sauce

lemon juice

fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix,

cup fat-free skim milk
•Core
and Slice apples. Splash with 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Mix Splena and spices
together in a small bowl. Place apples in microwaveable dish, sprinkle
Splenda and spices over them. Cover and microwave for 7-10 minutes (until
soft).
•Pour
pudding mix into a medium bowl; whisk in milk to make a fairly thin sauce.
Place 1/4 apples in a small bowl and drizzle with sauce.
