1- 10 oz can chicken- white meat in water, 98% Fat Free
1 large onion, chopped
1 can Beans (pinto, navy, red kidney, your choice)
1 cup corn kernels (I like the frozen best)
16 oz can chopped tomatoes
15 oz can tomato sauce
3 cups water
4 oz can chopped green chilies
2-3 Tbsp dry Taco seasoning
2-3 Tbsp dry Ranch dressing
Sauté the onion in a Fat Free spray; add the rest of the ingredients and
simmer for 15-20 minutes. That’s it!
You can make this 1 Dot per cup by substituting 2 cans of beans with 2
cans of 0 point vegetables.
