Tuna Melt Cups

1 filled shell = 1 PPV  (from Recipe Builder)

 

 

 

1-5 oz can water packed tuna, drained and flaked

3 Weight Watchers cheese wedges

1/4 cup minced red onion

1/4 cup minced celery

1 box mini fillo shells (15)

 

Preheat oven 350. Place shells on baking sheet lightly sprayed. Bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Cool.

Soften cheese wedges in microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Add tuna and S and P (to taste).

Distribute mixture evenly in the shells.

Can make with Hormel canned smoked ham. (This is not a Power Food)

Filled Shells are 1 PPV each.
