Zesty Rice Enchiladas

10 servings @ 4 Dots each

 

1 pound cooked extra lean ground beef, browned, drained and rinsed

1 serving Zesty Rice Side, 1 box, prepared
10 small corn tortillas, extra thin and slightly warmed
1/2 cup purchased or prepared cheese sauce, spicy
2 oz Kraft 2% Cheddar Cheese, grated
Combine the browned ground beef and prepared Zesty Rice. Place 1/4 cup mixture in each tortilla and roll. Place in sprayed casserole dish. Spread cheese sauce on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Warm in oven @350 for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through and cheese on top is melted.


***Warming the tortillas keeps them from splitting when you roll them.***
