Zip Lock Shrimp And Peppers

4 servings @ 2 DotsPlus each

 

1 1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1 1/4 cup chopped yellow pepper

1 1/4 sweet red pepper

8 oz shrimp

1/8 tsp dried dill weed or crushed rosemary

1/8 tsp black pepper

1 medium lemon sliced into wedges

 

Combine all except the lemon wedges in a steamer bag.  Shake to combine.  Microwave on high 5-6 minutes until shrimp are fully cooked and opaque.  Allow bag to stand for 1 minute.  Garnish with lemon wedges.
